Pregnancy and Babies
There is a lot of information available about pregnancy and if you have never been pregnant before it can be hard to know where to start. To help you we've put together some information that we think will give you a good starting point with links to the organisations and services that can support.
Support and information
Whatever you want to know about getting pregnant, being pregnant or caring for your new baby, you should be able to find it in the NHS Choices pregnancy and baby guide. You can also use it to calculate your due date and create your own pregnancy toolkit.
If you think you may be pregnant make an appointment with a local midwife. You can contact your GP or children’s centre for their contact details.
