After each webinar, parents who come along will be sent links to exercises they can use together in their own time to strengthen their relationship. All the content is evidence informed and much of it comes from the excellent relationship support work by John Gottman.
Only one partner needs to attend, making it easier to fit into busy family life. However, couples are encouraged to attend together where possible.
