Read the background to the project below

Throughout 2024 and 2025 Public Health worked with Somerset Children and Young People's Engagement and Participation team to understand what topics are children and young people seeking peer support for.

This presentation shows findings that children and young people told us about through structured sessions within their existing clubs, activities or education settings.

213 young people took part from across 23 different organisations - HMFHAM Final.pptx

Following this engagement process, Public Health and the Children and Young Peoples Engagement and Participation team have worked to develop the above set of resources for young people and adults.

These resources are a direct result of the young people's steering group recommendations and findings from this project.

With thanks to Somerset Council Engagement and Participation Team and organisations and the children and young people involved for their design, development and delivery of this project.
