Self-injury: Supporting Families
A comprehensive plan for parents and carers supporting a young person

Inspired by the extraordinary work done by The Centre for Suicide Research, this plan has been created to provide practical, easy to implement support for the parents/carers and siblings of young people who self-injure. From discovery to recovery, all of the parents who are quoted offered their time and experiences to help other families.
