These toolkits have been designed by Somerset Public Health with collaboration and support from a range of professionals, services and organisations.

The toolkit topics are based on local Somerset priorities identified through the Somerset Schools Health & Wellbeing Survey (SHAWS), feedback from services, partners, education and health indicators of need.
