Resources to support children and young people with sleep

Somerset Youth Parliament have kindly put together and shared the following information to encourage positive and healthy sleep habits. Youth Parliament Benefits of a Good Nights Sleep

 

 

 

Teens typically need about 8-10 hours of sleep per night, but it is common for the average
